Later, the Mathematics department took the students to the auditorium, where students learned the concepts of Mathematics with the amalgamation of sports.

Physics, Chemistry, and Biology departments integrated sports and performing arts to design their lessons with an emphasis on experiential and activity-based learning. All the activities were aligned with the NEP's focus on a more holistic and engaging pedagogy. The day concluded with the idea of developing physical strength and focusing on mental well-being. Students were taken to the basketball court and Yoga Room for the games related to physical fitness reflex action and meditation. A Bag Free Day is a remarkable step towards a holistic learning approach, aligning perfectly with the National Education Policy (NEP). The hands-on activities conducted in subjects like Mathematics and Science, along with an emphasis on performing arts and sports, truly enhance experiential learning. This not only reduces the academic burden on students but also nurtures creativity and practical knowledge.
