Tinkering Fest-Technasia 6.0
Date:
23rd August 2025
‘Technology is best when
it brings people together and opens doors to innovation.’
With this belief, Science
Department of Ahlcon International School proudly hosted Technasia 6.0—a
celebration of creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking in the dynamic
realms of Science and Robotics. The fest was overall Coordinated by Ms. Nidhi
Sehgal.
This year, the event
witnessed the enthusiastic participation of more than 175 students
representing 25 reputed schools across Delhi–NCR. The fest featured 7
exciting events including 3 Online Events- Scratch-Lab, Code-a-thon,
Giggle-byte and 4 Onsite Events- Nexus of Creation (Category-1& 2),
Hack-a-thon, Robo-Hurdle, and Robo-War providing young minds with a platform to
present their ingenuity and futuristic solutions. Students showcased their
prowess with remarkable innovation and zeal, making the event a vibrant
confluence of ideas and talent.
The occasion was graced
by distinguished dignitaries whose presence elevated the spirit of the day. We
were privileged to welcome Dr. Bharti Kaushik, Professor, MPD, CIET, NCERT,
as the Chief Guest. The esteemed panel of judges included Dr. Peeyush
Kamal, Assistant Professor, Educational Survey Division (NCERT); Dr. Anamika
Singh, Head of Department, Botany, Maitreyi College, University of Delhi; and
Dr. Kriti Batra, Associate Professor, Physics, University School of Automation
& Robotics, GGSIPU. Their insightful observations and words of wisdom
urged the students to persevere in their efforts and to harness technology as a
powerful means of creating a brighter tomorrow.
A profound moment of
pride filled the Ahlcon fraternity as three of its illustrious alumni—Anannay
Gupta, Aryan Gupta, and Adiya Sharma—returned to shoulder responsibilities
and adjudicate three of the competitions, adding grace and distinction to the
occasion. The audience was further enthralled by a captivating classical
dance performance, Pratibimb: A Reflection of the Spirit of Technasia,
presented by the talented Ahlcontes, which left the gathering
spellbound.
The leadership team—Principal
Mr. Sanjay Yadav, Vice Principal Mr. Puneet Duggal, and HM (Senior Stage) Ms.
Ekta K. Ratra—expressed immense pride and delight in witnessing the fruition
of relentless effort, seamless teamwork, and student dedication. The event
stood as a shining testament to Ahlcon’s unwavering commitment to nurturing future-ready
learners who embrace technology not merely as a tool, but as a true
