Ahlcon International School proudly joined the nationwide celebration of Mega Tinkering Day, an initiative by Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), CBSE, and NITI Aayog, which brought together the creativity and innovation of young minds across 10,000+ ATL Labs in India.

The day witnessed an exciting live tinkering session conducted through Zoom, where students from Classes VII, VIII, and IX at Ahlcon designed their very own working vacuum cleaner. Following step-by-step instructions from the expert mentor leading the national session, our young innovators demonstrated exemplary teamwork, problem-solving, and application of STEM concepts.

The ATL Lab buzzed with enthusiasm as students explored motors, propellers, switches, and recycled materials to bring their creations to life. The joy of seeing their prototype functions was matched only by the pride in knowing they were part of a massive, synchronized innovation movement across the country.

The event was facilitated at Ahlcon by Ms. Nidhi Chopra (ATL In-charge & Robotics Coordinator – Senior Stage) and Ms. Risha Imran (Robotics Coordinator – Middle Stage), who guided and encouraged the participants throughout the session. Their support ensured that each student could translate the mentor’s instructions into tangible results.

This Mega Tinkering Day not only gave students hands-on experience but also reinforced the spirit of "Tinkering today means transforming tomorrow", inspiring them to innovate and explore solutions for real-world problems.

The Ahlcon fraternity looks forward to more such engaging opportunities where our students can collaborate, create, and lead the way in shaping an innovative future.
