Vista Fiesta, Winter Carnival – 2024

Amidst the crisp winter of Delhi, Ahlcon International School, Mayur Vihar hosted the vibrant Vista Fiesta – Winter Carnival on 22nd December 2024. True to its theme “Celebrating the spirit of togetherness”, the event called together the students, parents, and teachers for a joyous celebration.

The carnival commenced with an auspicious lamp-lighting ceremony and was inaugurated by Principal Mr. Sanjay Yadav, Vice Principal Mr. Puneet Duggal and other Section Heads.

The programme was further elevated by the gracious presence of Dr. Ashok Pandey, Director of the Ahlcon Group of Schools, and Ms. Shraddha Pandey, an accomplished author and storyteller.  Several other guests like Mr. Rabbi Ezekiel Malekar, Head of the Jewish community; Mr Virendra Sachdeva and Dr. Deepak Raj Singh Bisht, Principal of Ahlcon Public School Mr Ramesh Kandpal, motivational speaker; Mr Sivaram, renowned author, also made their appearance possible at the event.

The school campus was transformed into vibrant zones, hosting an array of creative and engaging stalls that offered mouth-watering delicacies, trendy merchandise, intricate crafts and interactive games. Key attractions included exhilarating rides, a dynamic DJ arena and an AI-enabled photobooth that drew widespread admiration from all the attendees.

Vista Fiesta provided unique opportunities for a talent show by the Ahlconites, showcasing melodious songs, a live band, and dances promoting eco-friendly celebrations and spreading awareness with creativity and charm at the same time. Adding to the festivities, parents, grandparents, and alumni joined in with their graceful performances, fostering a sense of togetherness across generations. Equally captivating were the special games stall, art stall and school-enterprise stall set up by the students, which saw remarkable collaboration between students, teachers and parents.

This memorable event was a testament to the dedication of the management and volunteers whose efforts ensured its success. Vista Fiesta 2024 concluded with a promise to create even more cherished memories in the years to come.
