Ahlcon International School, Mayur Vihar celebrated the 10th International Yoga Day on June 21, 2024 with
fervour and enthusiasm. The chief guest for the mega event was Mr.
Vijay Kumar, a national-level yoga practitioner. The celebration aimed to
achieve a harmonious blend of mind and body. The yoga guru guided the
proceedings, ensuring the yoga sessions were conducted with utmost precision. A
total of 85 participants joined the event and gained insights and wisdom
through yoga.
Principal Mr. Sanjay Yadav, Vice-Principal Mr. Puneet Duggal, and Head, Secondary Stage, Dr. Ekta Kandhari Ratra, parents and students participated enthusiastically in the grand yoga session. The event emphasized the importance of yoga in today's world, fostering both physical and mental growth.
The event turned out to be a big hit leaving everyone feeling energized and revitalized.
